Vinnova's Sustainable precision health area participates in transnational calls for proposals within the framework of the European partnership Transforming Health and Care Systems (THCS).
The call for proposals "Innovate to Prevent: Personalised Prevention in Health and Care Services” focuses on more individually tailored prevention in care and social care. The call for proposals supports the implementation of innovative, individually adapted models for prevention in healthcare and social care using existing digital technology and services. Engaging with end users and collaborating with businesses is encouraged.

Vinnova participates in this call for proposals together with Forte. Project with Swedish actors seeking funding from Vinnova must include at least one corporate party with a branch or place of business in Sweden in the international consortium. Vinnova can finance companies, academia, the public sector and healthcare providers, institutes and idea-based organisations.
Vinnova can finance a Swedish party with a maximum of SEK 3 million over three years. If two or a maximum of three Swedish parties are included, Vinnova can finance with a total of SEK 4.5 million.
The call for proposals is a collaboration between around 30 organizations from 20 countries. The European Commission contributes with co-financing and each participating country is responsible for the costs of its own actors in the granted consortia.
