1.Mapping SAFs existing intellectual assets. This has been performed and we have a list of the identified assets. Each of the assets have been valued and current control level noted. This list will be maintained and updated as we continue to develop. Aspects of the list and mapping have been shown to potential investors. 2.We have investigated SAFs position and its relations with respect to other actors on the market through landscaping. We have developed a partner strategy.

Långsiktiga effekter som förväntas

The goal of the project has been fulfilled. The goal was to identify assets and develop a strategy for what we should protect. We have identified several assets which we can protect more strongly, and have a strategy for which assets we will classify as trade secrets and control them as such. We had as a goal that this work would be valuable for an investment round and we have been able to communicate the intellectual asset analysis and strategy to our potential investors.

Upplägg och genomförande

The process was as described. A first kick-off meeting where we discussed the organistion. We had a separate site visit where our facilities were inspected and our employees discussed with the IP firm. This lead to the list of assets and a first valuation. This result was discussed on a separate occasion with the IP firm. We, together with the IP firm, developed a strategy for protecting new assets. Each of the parts of the project were reported with a written report.
