Viktiga resultat som projektet gav
The main aim of the project was to create a Nordic/Baltic network for information gathering and exchange regarding electronic construction permit submission, to prepare a rough draft of a Requirement Analysis Document for such a system and investigate possibilities of further R&D cooperation in the near future. These goals have been fullfilled and a full report on the project is given in the Requirement Analysis Document.
Långsiktiga effekter som förväntas
A cooperation between Estonia, Iceland and Sweden was formed within the area of electronic construction permits systems with the aim of cooperating further within the field. A first draft of a Requrement Analysis Document for such systems was produced, describing such a system and the project. Further Future applications to other Nordic, Baltic and international research calls e.g. the EU 7th Framework Programme, will be considered.
Upplägg och genomförande
Project meetings were held in February, June and November 2011. A first draft of a model Requirement Analysis Document (RAD) was created through interviews with stakeholders, gathering information on their wishes, needs and expectations regarding the e-submission system. The partners decided to seek funds for further cooperation through Vinnova, resulting in an application for a continued cooperation around implementing an e-construction permit system in Iceland, based on the RAD. The project was later approved by Vinnova and is now on-going.
