Important results from the project
Women´s entreprenneurship in the era of public sector transformationTo describe and analyze women owned businesses in the era of public sector transformation, with particular focus on female-dominated industries. The overall research question concerns how the prerequisites for female (and male) owned businesses are developing.
Approach and implementation
A variety of quantitative and qualitative methods will be used. On the quantitative side, we will draw on existing statistical data as well as use questionnaires. The qualitative part of the study will comprise strategically selected case-studies. Analysis and discussion will take its point of departure in organisational processes, gender-perspectives and entrepreneurship theory.
