Important results from the project

Longevity and women´s health are highly relevant topics. The project highlighted the connection between women´s health and aging. The event exceeded expectations with 155 participants through organic marketing. Diversity and inclusion were achieved, with 25% of participants being men in an evenly distributed age group. Leading experts participated, and the format enabled deep discussions. The initiative gained strong engagement on social media: 538 new followers and 17,324 views on LinkedIn.

Expected long term effects

The long-term goal is for this initiative to increase awareness of the importance of longevity and the challenges women face. The LinkedIn page will remain active – with recorded talks available – so more people can access the content. We aim to strengthen the network of interested individuals who can collaborate on future projects. Finally, we plan to create events to discuss progress and arrange workshops focused on the topic.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out as planned. We brainstormed topics, created the agenda, identified speakers, and designed activities. After finalizing the venue and dates, we invited speakers to present. Marketing began with a LinkedIn page and a registration website. Interest was high, requiring participant selection. Sponsors were contacted for support, but securing sponsors and managing the budget was challenging – a key lesson for future planning.
