Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The aim was to better meet complexity, objective- & conflicts of interest that exist in connection with climate adaptation of the city by providing efficient decision-making processes and a digital service for the actors involved to gather around. With the motive to easily test different scenarios in order to generate more added value. The purpose and goal of the project has been satisfactorily achieved.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Two new services in form one of VIS, a process-methodical tool built into a web interface and a digital platform with the function of being a sharp analysis tool based on the city´s current investigations, models and data have been developed and pilot tested in the city of Gothenburg. A methodology for the bridging between soft & hard values is implemented. In this way, for example, social sustainability, ecosystem services and blue-green infrastructure can be considered early in planning processes and applied in climate adaptation.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** By uniting market-leading actors in VA, digital decision support, architecture, and computer-driven design together with municipal needs owners and researchers in the field, the project had a relevant constellation of actors from the beginning. Project organization had five independent work packages with associated sub-elements. Partner constellation and implementation plan have worked well and contributed to meeting the objectives. During the course of the project, successful cooperation was developed with the sister project PEHKA.
