Important results from the project
The study has: Developed the NAV arena into a social-MakerSpace for urban planning, urban gardening and collaboration. Created a base for a test environment that is based on the idea of society as a ´classroom´ and school as a meeting place. Where entrepreneurial learning is a starting point that also develops school organization such roles, room and time, cross-sector collaborations mm. Letting actors from business, organizations and government agencies meet students in several workshops, seminars and other areas of cooperation where different skills and perspectives are blended
Expected long term effects
The biggest challenge is not the digitalization itself but to get to the interaction between business, education, society and research We therefore want the establishment project to further develop and strengthen our test environment to a Society focused Maker Space that support innovative, meaningful interactions between education, business, culture, government, research, society The test environment is also a hub for creating and supporting other arenas where public institutions are developing their role as a facilitator of sustainable societies and community development
Approach and implementation
Continuously during the study we have: Organized various activities for meetings, inspiration and collaboration in development of sustainable societies Had the question ´What is going on around us´ on the agenda for meetings which has resulted in a series of collaborations and digital productions. The teacher group that participated have developed new forms of cooperation, planning, documenting and monitoring, an experience we take with us into an eventual establishment project. Developed the test environment physical and digital in order to support cross sector collaboration.
