Important results from the project

The activities were intended to highlight the intersection between work and climate change in order to inspire reflection, conversation and action on value creation in an era of climate disruption. We imagined a future where society has become decentralized and innovation occurs organically with the increased climate disturbances. For a successful project, it was important that the workshops and seminars had a high quality where the participants could absorb the knowledge that was shared

Expected long term effects

The execution took place together with a number of creators and experts in the region. A total of 150 participants attended the opening and the workshops and the final seminar attracted 130 people. The participants were people with decision-making mandates, professionally active and students from the region´s universities. Sharings on social media by decision makers and visitors have among other things help to spread insights. The book aims to continue to spread insights and thoughts on the subject once the project is finished. The URL will remain alive for a short period of time.

Approach and implementation

The installation was conspicuously placed for direct interest and to arouse an intuitive activity of thought. Role plays were used in the workshops, which engaged, created debate and enthused the participants. The final seminar and the book present insights and ideas that emerged during the implementation, new possible futures for organizations were presented, and thoughts about value creation and the purpose of work now and in the future.
