Purpose and goal
The goal is to develop a completely new digital service that, with the help of AI, ensures accurate and reliable data in environments with complex data sets and large natural variations. Prototype is tested on a pilot scale at participating water companies. The service is adapted to be applicable to the water and environmental, mining and nuclear fuel storage industries within 6 months of project completion. Then the service should be is available to be sold on a national and global market with the aim of reducing the environmental impact and promoting sustainable water management.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in a new digital service that ensures that decisions in the water and environmental industry can be made based on accurate and reliable data. At the end of the project, there is a finished prototype, tested and demonstrated in a real environment at the participating VA organizations, corresponding to TRL level 7. A business agreement is in place and the service is known and ready to be spread to the mining industry and the nuclear waste industry. The new service is expected to contribute to an increased digitization rate and reduced environmental impact.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is divided into four tracks, 1) Overall project management 2) Technical development, 3) Demonstration, testing and validation 4) Utility and commercialization. The project management coordinates the various parts through close cooperation with the leaders of the other parts. The technical development takes place in an iterative process between technology companies and water companies. The two commercial the actors clarify the division of responsibilities early on, which lays the foundation for continued commercialization after the project has ended.
