Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal of having a prototype ready to be tested against the end user is not yet met. Tests have only been conducted internally. However, we intend shortly to be able to start testing against a limited group of end users.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The reason why the project has not yet been able to test against end users is that internal tests have resulted in recurring new bugs when the conversation control in Dialogflow has not worked optimally. Based on the results of the prototype, the structure is not scalable in an effective way as it involves too many steps of specific configurations for each new product to be built. Support for machine learning will be available in the future as the project found a way to mechanically collect data and then be able to load (automatic) the Dialogflow with knowledge.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The challenges for the project were based on the fact that the technique for dialogue handlers was untested and uncertainty in the language support for the Swedish language. The short analysis is that the project would spend even more time exploring dialogue handlers provided by Google and IBM. The development of Voiceboten will continue beyond the scope of Vinnova´s part financing as the project sees this as some of the future interface to the Internet.
