Purpose and goal

Create a closer exchange focused on learning, development, and scaling within AI in matters involving confidential documentation. The aim is to add value for residents, employees, and other municipalities in Sweden by: 1. Completing and testing started products and prototypes. 2. Upscaling existing tools across more operations within or between the collaborating municipalities. 3. Disseminating initiatives, frameworks, and conditions for AI application to municipalities and key collaboration partners and authorities such as SKR and the National Board of Health and Welfare.

Expected effects and result

A completed and legally secure AI function within all three municipalities that saves time for employees and municipal residents. An upscaling of the AI function that allows it to be spread to other municipalities and other areas of operation. Development of guidelines to be able to work legally with an AI function within public authority. To create a learning to be able to introduce AI in sensitive government processes.

Planned approach and implementation

Mapping, analysis and design of the workflow, for example which technical choices need to be made through the workshop. Production of prototype. Showcase of prototype where users can test the product. Upscaling of the AI function is done through brainstorming in workshop form when showing the finished product and bringing out new areas where the product can be used. Participating municipalities spread the processes that have been developed to other municipalities in order to unleash innovative power in other municipalities.
