Important results from the project
The purpose of the milestone was to complete the first large paid customer delivery and to establish a functioning business. Gleechi completed customer delivery to a leading US game developer according to plan and got its first paying customer. During the milestone Gleechi has established new paying customer projects and started to build a name in the industry by being featured in international press as well as participating as speakers at industry conferences. The purpose and goal can therefore be regarded as fulfilled.
Expected long term effects
By getting a respected reference customer, we expected that additional sales opportunities would open up. Furthermore, we expected to be able to create more customer leads by participating in conferences and press. This has been successful and we have managed to establish additional customer projects during the milestone.
Approach and implementation
Thanks to the support from Vinnova, Gleechi has been able to have a structured process to bring its technology to market. We have been able to focus on establishing a valuable reference customer projects, which in turn has opened up new sales opportunities during the latest milestone. In parallel, we have been able to participate in conferences and thus built up an awareness of the product in the market. Gleechi is now well placed to establish a functioning business with high potential for strong growth.
