Purpose and goal

Validation efforts are made to reduce these risks before major investments and continued work. Of project validated through VFT at KI Innovations, an estimated 70% are "Deeptech". The goal is to validate approximately 5-10 project where the needs for validation are not covered within the traditional VFT program.

Planned approach and implementation

Coaching and counseling carried out by the coaching group consisting of 4.5 full-time employees at KI Innovations, one of whom is project manager for VFT. 2. Verification activities take place in collaboration with external experts. 3. Overhead activities are performed by a project administrator employed by KI Innovations, who is responsible for financial follow-up, handling of decision meetings, administration of VFT activities, reporting, business development, and follow-up.
