Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The goal of the project was to create a working AI model that can identify at-risk patients. In addition to that, learning for the administration has been an important sub-goal. The overall goal has largely succeeded thanks to extended project time. The partial goal has been to create learning for the administration in AI-related project and issues. This sub-goal is considered fully met.
Expected long term effects
The result of the project was that the overall goal has largely been achieved. It has been more complex than expected to gather the data we needed and to process it. The learning sub-goal has been fulfilled. Increased knowledge of the complexity of data capture, data processing and AI-generated models. The Data Readiness model has been particularly useful. Learning has taken place via our workshops. We have raised the AI questions at management group/committee level in a different way than before the project. The plan is for the project to continue without external funding
Approach and implementation
Contact was made early on with the data protection officer and the supplier of data that we needed in the project. It became clear that we could not extract our own data and needed external help. Furthermore, a secure transfer needed to be created to the supplier who would process the data. When this was in place we could start to see results. Workshops could be carried out and in these professions contributed their knowledge to be able to validate the data. The experience has widley spread to the management team, politics, national contexts, conferences and podcasts.
