Important results from the project
Together with experienced mentors in the form of both former entrepreneurs and investors, Vesiro has validated his product/market strategies and business models in Silicon Valleys´s competitive environment. The program has covered GTM, business models and pitch exercises. The goal of establishing contacts within the Silicon Valleys ecosystem has been reached, which strengthens Vesiro for future growth in the American market.
Expected long term effects
Vesiro´s objective to establish itself in the American market has taken great steps forward through the program. The participants have created contacts with potential customers, partners and investors in Silicon Valley. Mentorship and guidance have provided valuable insights, and through the program Vesiros GTM strategy has improved. Pitching skills have been improved, which increases the chances of investments and partnerships in future expansion. The program has met expectations and strengthened Vesiro´s position for a future expansion into the US.
Approach and implementation
The program was implemented as a 6-week hybrid accelerator program with online sessions and physical meetings in Silicon Valley, in accordance with the original plan. Weekly mentoring and counseling sessions led by experienced mentors improved participants´ pitching skills. Networking with companies and investors exceeded expectations and created significant opportunities for future partnerships and investments. The program was successfully implemented and achieved its objective.
