Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to review the organization and how it can be improved both in terms of internal structures and processes, and how the Venture Cup will be organized to take advantage of the strength of being a national of a strong regional anchoring.
Expected long term effects
By doing some things nationally, we can reduce the organization´s administrative expenses in total but above all give the regions a greater opportunity to focus on helping people with ideas and make them grow. Getting the chance to test and verify their ideas in a prestige environment is important and it is from these entrepreneurial experiment that new and growing businesses going forward. Thanks to the new organizational structure developed, we can become more resource efficient and free up time for the all-important operational activities in each region.
Approach and implementation
During the project period we had two parallel processes (1) work with VCs organizational structure and (2) the development of the working groups operational work.
