Important results from the project
Aim and the goal of this project was to validate mvpn and reprogram the app after feedback. It is fulfilled. In this project, we wanted to put mvp: you in the hands of beta users, see their UX experience, listen in feedback and learn what needs to change and then program those changes. We have found out changes that we would not otherwise have found out and we have made the programming changes that make us go from an MVP app to a complete, fully launched app that is ready for growth and growth marketing.
Expected long term effects
The result is that in this project we have a full app that is ready for market growth. In the project, we have gained new insights and suggestions for features and changes and we have taken them into account and changed the app accordingly. Our expected effects when we started the project were that we would find out missing features, shortcomings, suggestions for new features that we had not thought of. Get feedback so we can build an app that people want. The outcome is that. We received a lot of new suggestions and we have taken them into account and changed the app accordingly.
Approach and implementation
The implementation was laid out in a two-stage rocket, its acquisition of knowledge and partly programming of the knowledge that features in the app. We gathered knowledge from early adopters and beta testers of mvpn on meetups and tech hubs. After gathering feedback, we made a gross list of changes that we then prioritized. Feedback went to a backlog with features and changes, which we then made sprints of, and then ran a review and uploaded in test flight so beta testers could try out the new features.
