Important results from the project
** Denna text är maskinöversatt * The project´s objective is fulfilled as Uppsala Kommun has tested Samverket. The result is that it can be a new way for Uppsala Kommun to collaborate with others in the public sector and that the project has contributed with experience and participation in the development of Samverket. The success concept for the Samverket is that the members are involved and create the plan for it together. Nowhere else has the employee been able to wish for a theme day based on his own mission at Uppsala Kommun and received help from others to find solutions and learn together.
Expected long term effects
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** An extended network within the public sector has been established. For the public sector to be able to cope with the challenges society faces, we need each other. Samverket is the meeting place for these, but perhaps more importantly, a place where an open culture is created. A success factor for Samverket has been hiring an Community Manager who helps create a favorable culture and security for the members. Samverket´s joint network for the two premises has also given results, eg cooperation with Lidingö Stad.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The implementation has been done in a testing form to investigate how the employee used Samverket and nearby Gomorron. The employee has participated in both places with thoughts, ideas, networking as well as in workshops and lectures. Testing both places at the same time has given an understanding of what Samverket is. Samverket has been shown a new type of workplace. A place you go to with an open and curious mind, ready to take on big challenges together with the members who are there that day. A creative and networking place withenormous competence.
