Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to develop Trovisio´s product and at the same time develop our presence on the market, in a more focused and powerful way. The financial resources given to us from Vinnova has made that possible. Today we have a much more functional product and a completely new situation on the market through the many sales and marketing activities we have made.
Expected long term effects
The product has been developed and extended both in general with a much higher quality than before. The homepage is now integrated in the product in a better way and a completely new product has been developed - Team Creator, which revolutionize the way our customer builds and design their teams (both considering the internal workforce as well as esternal customers). The product has shown to be very interesting and powerful for our customers and we do speak to far bigger customer companies today than befor the project.
Approach and implementation
The product development has be performed in a structured way using modern agile product development techniques. Requirement gathering has been made in cooperation with future, potential customers and the project has followed modern KanBan practices. Customer and marketing activities has been carried through with a large number of customers in meetings and workshops. Each meeting has given us relevant requirements which have been carried back to the development backlog all according to modern agile product development.
