Important results from the project

The goal of the trip was to network with potential customers, investors and partners for expansion in Southeast Asia. We met several potential customers, partners and investors during the trip with follow-up meetings being booked. The goal is that these should lead to concrete sales or investments to expand towards Southeast Asia in the near future.

Expected long term effects

Hopefully one of the customers met during the trip can be the first customer in this market to be able to scale up and establish themselves in Singapore. Also that collaborations with various partners to penetrate the market as efficiently as possible take place in the future.

Approach and implementation

Flight from Sweden to Singapore, where the trip began with a dinner with the entire delegation and its partners. The following day was the opening of the SWITCH conference, which lasted 3 days with visitors from start ups, investors, potential partners & customers. In addition to these events, there were also study visits and scheduled meetings and various mingling with the aforementioned. There was also a day at SGinnovate with lectures by researchers and companies from the region.
