Important results from the project

The project developed three prototypes, several concepts to promote gender equality using AI and game methodology, as well as a method toolkit for idea generation and evaluation. It increased knowledge about opportunities and risks with AI and game methodology. Through the Framtidsfabriken event and other activities, we reached over 178 actors and established collaborations to continue developing and leveraging the knowledge and value generated by the project, amplifying its impact.

Expected long term effects

By utilizing the knowledge from the project, while further developing them, we see that the results can contribute to a more inclusive innovation environment, increased awareness of AI´s opportunities and risks, and tools that strengthen gender equality and diversity in industry. In the long term, this can lead to more women in technical professions, improved work environments, and enhanced innovation capacity, with potential to create lasting positive effects for Swedish competitiveness.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out using an exploratory, co-creative design methodology, which resulted in three prototypes and a method toolkit. We iterated methods and tested ideas to enhance learning. We organized the Framtidsfabriken event and participated in several other activities. The collaboration worked well, with the consortium´s diverse stakeholders being a key factor. However, the project´s short timeline and lead times meant that some interested parties were unable to participate.
