Important results from the project
The purpose of TINC for us was to facilitate working with the company on a higher level, developing the company from several different ascpects. These include knowledge about building the company itself, formulating a crystal clear offering and deeper insight into raising capital. Of these, mainly the point about messaging and packaging was fulfilled. Altogether we´re very pleased with the outcome of the project.
Expected long term effects
The result of the project is that we now have a much clearer picture internally about our offering, what we are selling and to who.
Approach and implementation
The setup of the project was mainly well thought out and well executed. One important thing is the pre-project meetup in Oslo before going to SV. The program was heavily scheduled, especially during the first two weeks. A good thing would have been to get a hint that handling the day-to-day operations of the company is very hard while participating in the program.
