Important results from the project
Learning to scale globally and broaden our network. The goals we have met were to broaden our network of +20 people in the following areas: investors, potential clients, mentors and thought leaders. Other goals were learning to scale globally and during the course of the program we have created a toolbox that we can use in our business.
Expected long term effects
We have initiated collaboration with pilot customers and we have created a toolbox of models and tools that we will implement in our operations. Expected effects of the program are met, ie we have broadened our network and learned how to develop our business faster and on the global market
Approach and implementation
The program was well planned and performed. We completed 4 weeks in Silicon Valley / Palo Alto and we participated in mentor sessions and lectures and received homework between meetings. Everything was presented at the exam during the last week.
