Important results from the project
The purpose of our participation was to develop the business model for our scalable software as a service, and to understand the challenges and opportunities for an expansion in the US market. We feel that we now have the tools to get the scalability of our product. There is also a preliminary plan to achieve this.
Expected long term effects
We got our confirmation that our SaaS product has a good market potential in the US. We have even agreed on a pilot test of our tool with a large American company that will test our software in their daily activities. We additionally have a number of meetings planned with other companies in Silicon Valley.
Approach and implementation
The TINC program was well planned with a number of full day workshops and scheduled weekly meetings with very experienced mentors and advisors who helped us refine our offering, our business model as well as provide advice on how to effectively and successfully target the American market.
