Purpose and goal

Etap1, with 1M SEK, aims to advance our stage from TRL3, using validated components, and lift them to TRL4. In addition we aim to lift and further dialogues with investors and customers, to make more investor ready.

Expected effects and result

With Vinnova´s funding and advice, we will develop a fast growing company, proving the capabilities of our technology which will significantly enhance our credibility with customers. This credibility is essential to engage directly with customers, gathering insights into their specific needs and expectations. Beyond the immediate technological advancements, Vinnova’s support is also key to our broader goals of job creation and economic growth.

Planned approach and implementation

The central hypothesis to be validated during this stage is that the integration of our individually validated components, specifically the DNA synthesis workflow and fragment identification processes, into a cohesive, functional prototype will demonstrate their combined effectiveness and scalability as a system. This integration is critical to advancing our TRL to TRL 4, marking a significant milestone toward the development of a commercial product.
