Both applications were completed and now subject to evaluation at EU level.
Approach and implementation
The consortia for these grants were essentially non-overlapping and much time was spent on creating stability and involvement from various parties. The idea work itself comes from the Sweper project PMinCOPD and this is why it applies to internationalization of the progress.
