Important results from the project
The aim of the project have been two: build up a knowledge how to handle, value and develop ideas from the staff and to build up a proffesional relationsship with companies. The project have definatelty contributed to the aim.
Expected long term effects
THe project have good results in workpakage 1 regarding innovation process for the employeed. ´Idetransportörer´ , employees that on 20% of their time work with supporting other employees, have been sucessfull and contributed a lot to the good result. Also part 3 communication have mostly shown good results. Part two, contact with companies have started a bit late but have shown good results the last year especially.
Approach and implementation
We have followed the original plan mostly when it comes to WP1 and 3. In WP2 we decided to not do one with the medical workshops because they couldn´t contribute with personal as first planned.
