Important results from the project
The Growth Pilot is an education program, developed for companies in Sweden which has growth ambitions, but do not have sufficient knowledge, insight and courage to take the next step. First step will be a test of the selected companies´ growth potential, through Ahrens tool Growth Survey. Next step will be seminars with Ahrens growth theory and invited experienced donors. In each training session the participants will also work with a real live case to learn how to deal with obstacles of growth and how to create an engine that allows the company to grow with profitability in decades.
