The purpose was to be able to better support these companies in order to grow and become successful companies regionally, nationally and internationally. Based on the goal formulated in 2016, we have reached set objective but also further developed the goal to actual KPI so we can measure business progress.

Expected long term effects

However, the statistical data is not large enough to be able to establish these conclusions. We can largely trace this to the project as the right support has been able to be deployed at the right time through project funds.

Approach and implementation

In combination with measuring the companies on the basis of various variables on an ongoing basis, we have also been able to draw conclusions about which initiatives are most important and at what level of ambition these should be to match the company´s maturity. Together, it is easy has been used more precisely to deal with a problem area that inhibits growth directly or indirectly.
