Important results from the project

We have achieved our goals by implementing, testing, and evaluating the current testbed structure, making adjustments to address unforeseen challenges. Our focus has been on supporting businesses and integrating testbeds into the regional innovation system through eHealth Arena. Awareness of e-health issues and the importance of testing opportunities has grown, and our capacity to test new solutions is now a management priority. An internal testing function is under development, and "Innovative Testing Environments" will be further developed in collaboration with industry.

Expected long term effects

The project has been successfully completed, and we are proud of the results. We have established a system to efficiently handle inquiries and have become a natural partner within e-health. Internal structures such as agreements and templates have been set up in collaboration with eHealth Arena to integrate us into the regional innovation system. We conducted five tests and a roundtable discussion, along with study visits, leading to long-term collaborations. Gender equality has been an integral part of the work, and our research evaluator concludes that we have met our goals.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in six general areas: processes and structures, prerequisites, continuous learning, testing, final phase and implementation, and future challenges. These areas were carried out in parallel and not necessarily in chronological order, allowing the project to remain flexible and adapt to new insights and needs as they emerged throughout the process.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
