Test of environmentally color for boats

Important results from the project

The reason fore the tests was to prov two thinks. Effect on environments and growing off algiers and barnacles. The target achievement current environment was as we espect very good, no or very small effect on environmental. About growing occurred same, but remember that the test panels was still in the water for the hole trial, fore boats in regulary have same movements at least. The extreme weather this summer is also one thing to remember and probably have negative effect on growing.

Expected long term effects

Environments impact proved our statement that the product are environmentally friendly and that the heavy metals time as ingridiens are past. Fouling engines of algiers and barnacles was more than we expected, we think that the extreme weather this summer is one reason and that the test panels was still in the water fore the hole testing period, which not happend whit boats in movement.

All testing have bean done by Chalmers in Gothenburg. The results is reporred in the attached filés
