Expected long term effects
In the application for the pilot project, Experio Lab, we set the following ambition. A powerful establishment and integration within the County Councils organization. To develop a resource for other counties on service design. Increase the number of innovation projects. Provide design agencies development opportunity. To offer academia and institutions research opportunities. Examine the possibility for businesses to participate. These effects have been reached with the exception that the involvement of the business has not happened to the degree of integration that we liked.
Approach and implementation
Our aim was to develop a national center for patient-oriented service innovation, Experio Lab. Several scenarios for a sustainable operating model was tested. Completely immersed in the project owner alternatively, a jointly owned organization between one or more partners as SP/RISE, other county councils, academia. It has proved more complecated than expected to create a joint organization. Experio Lab will continue to operate as part of the LiV. Partnership with other counties have been established. Cooperation with the SP/RISE, academia and industry will continue in new forms.
