Important results from the project
The aim of the project is to ensure the possibility of participating in the national exchange of experience between incubators, coordinated by SISP with at least two joint meetings per year. The target has been fully met. We have had a full presence in both management- and coach meetings. We have also, on our own initiative, strengthened cooperation with other incubators through visits and cooperation in the field of coaching of start-up companies.
Expected long term effects
The project has fulfilled the objectives: -strengthen the incubator´s working methods and develop new processes, -strengthen contacts with SISP and other incubators, -strengthen cooperation with Dalarna University, -Strengthen the regional role to identify and develop Knowledge-intensive start-ups.
Approach and implementation
The work has been done through physical meetings and exchange of experiences with other incubators. Anchoring of lessons learned and analysis of best practise has taken place in the own operational group and with the management/owner of the incubator. In addition, we have obtained information and methods outside the SISP. Changes have subsequently been tested and implemented in the incubator process.
