Despite the challenges of the pandemic, the majority of meetings, information campaigns, participation in conferences and seminars - combined with the development of a new communication platform have been carried out during the project, which have indirectly been a good investment in raising awareness, reaching out and establish for future opportunities.
Expected long term effects
Business Sweden identified 40 companies that were considered "in scope". Digital meetings, participation in seminars and incoming visits have been carried out. Briefly; through CEBR (Council of European) BioRegions), two ambassador visits in Uppsala (Dr Anna Prinz - https://youtu.be/uo6vJgNAoSk and Christina Beinhoff) visit of innovation authority, contact with TTOs, clusters and consultants, participation in lunch & learns, network meetings and conferences in Germany. A new communication platform has also been developed during the project.
Approach and implementation
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Early in the project, the initial plan for the project was challenged, which is why new avenues were quickly explored. The offer is accurate against actors who will use Testa Center, but not for cluster actors. The precision in identifying companies, on the other hand, is weak and time-consuming, which is why it needs to be scaled up with other actors. Without a previous relationship, physical visits must be carried out, which was prevented by the pandemic. Work for reception at home and new concepts and communication routes could be developed.
