Important results from the project
The T4IL project will initiate the establishment of a new growth industry where Sweden will be world leading. This will be performed by the creation of a test bed, driven by the needs of older people and their care suppliers that will implement innovations within the care of the old in their natural environment. Hence, the future demographic challenge is addressed and growth is stimulated through creation of new products and services as well as efficiency of health care. Furthermore, the quality of life for the old is improved by increased independence and integrity.
