Important results from the project

t-Studio is a startup incubated at INK Borås Textile Fashion Center, developing software for 3D fashion design. The purpose of this project was to map existing intellectual properties developed by t-Studio such as novel methods for material scanning and 3D cloth simulation with the goal to create a strategy plan that will guide t-Studio IP efforts.

Expected long term effects

We worked with AWA on following topics: - Patents AWA searched for patent applications that are similar to t-Studio optical scanning and 3D simulation technology, and provided a plan forward on how to apply, protect and monitor those assets. - Legal AWA reviewed all t-Studio contracts that are IP sensible, including NDAs, Employment, Contractors and more, providing insights on how we can better protect our assets with guidelines for future contracts, - Trademarks AWA searched for trademarks that could be competing with t-Studio and provided a plan forward on how to protect the brand.
