Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Swelife Injection´s aim was to contribute to a strengthened and sustainable national collaboration platform for the innovation system within life science. The goal of the project was to offer innovation projects that have been proven support in Swelife and Medtech4Health´s collaboration announcement, 2019-2020 project support and to develop a national model for innovation support focus life science.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Within the framework of the project, both a needs inventory and an analysis of needs were carried out. Based on this, a co-coaching model was developed and tested in which incubators and innovation offices with specialist knowledge in life science participated. Follow-up research carried out by Leading Health Care contributed to the understanding of the need for support measures and the analysis of future measures. The project has both offered concrete support and developed methods and models. The pandemic accelerated the digital transformation.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The arrangement was based on previous experiences from, among others, Swelife Hands-on. A new aspect of this project was the development of a co-coaching model where business developers with different skills jointly gave advice to an innovation project. Group coaching, even at a higher level, was carried out via Innovation Hive, a webinar concept that was developed during the pandemic. Digitization became an important tool for overcoming the impact of the pandemic.
