Important results from the project
The goal of the project was initially to create an national network for open innovation with a number of activities aimed at budding entrepreneurs and early stage start-ups. A key component was a mapping of the needs of entrepreneurs. Most sought after help: - Help in finding partners - Issues around financing - Inspirational events Issues of least concern: - Writing a business plan - Finding board members - Legal and IPR issues
Expected long term effects
We expected to reach a large number of projects. The focus of the project gradually shifted towards indidvidualized coaching. A key result was an event calendar for entreprenuers, www.soink.se
Approach and implementation
The project was run by seeking out suitable projects at different types of events aimed at entrepreneurs and through our network. It work rather well at the end of the project and there was a clear synergy with the event calendar.
