Important results from the project

Expected long term effects
1) We have a requirement specification for SweAlert Regional Fulfillment: Met 2) The service SweAlert Regional is being offered to county councils since spring 2014 Fulfillment: Met. 3) Usage of SweAlert, at least seven counties have joined at latest in December 2014 Fulfillment: Not met.
Approach and implementation
The project has been implemented as planned, but connection of counties was slower than expected. Work has been conducted by the Public Health Agency together with Tieto. Phase 1 consisted of development of requirements specification for the service, involving local health agencies. Phase 2 & 3 were conducted in parallel and contained implementation of SweAlert and the selling of it. Analysis: everything except selling went as expected. Local public health agencies have been very positive and worked for access to the service SweAlert, but IT departments have slowed down the process.
