Purpose and goal

The overall goal of the SWE-CAM project is to contribute to creating a broader and deeper understanding nationally about qualification criteria linked to collaboration. In addition, the project will also contribute to a coherent structure for how Swedish higher education institutions can integrate merit criteria of collaboration in their further development of merit systems. Goals of the project In-depth dialogue with national and international stakeholders. Method development around collaboration merits. Strengthened learning around collaboration merits through pilots.

Expected effects and result

Absorbtion capacity in the sector of national overview regarding collaboration merits from UKÄ´s thematic evaluation of collaboration Increased understanding in HEI:s leadership which parts of in EU initiatives are primarily interesting in the Swedish system regarding collaboration merits Further development of packaging and forms for how the merit chart can be useful for individuals, groups and organizations and what requirements are set for developing a digital tool. A basis for developing a SWE-CAM, ie a corresponding framework as in Norway, via a report

Planned approach and implementation

The project consists of three parts, which can be seen as work packages. 1. Dialogue Dialogue partner for national and international initiatives and initiator of in-depth discussions 2. Method development Further development of tools and methods 3. Pilots Test tools and methods through pilots The ambition is for five pilot projects to be initiated and implemented during the project period.
