Important results from the project

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project involves renting children´s clothes 0 - 3 years via a subscription service at a fixed monthly cost. The clothing packages at Paris & Billy are of high quality and are reused by several children for sustainability and savings in storage space, shopping time and money. The goal of the project was to practically test marketing strategies against different types of target groups, find the right target groups and develop the product range (ie clothing packages) and to define how we would reach our target groups cost-effectively.

Expected long term effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We expected to understand the market better and thanks to the project, Paris & Billy has improved our offer and now has several satisfied customers and steadily growing interest. Our customers appreciate the quality and service they receive from us when they subscribe to children´s clothing. It turned out that our website has been the best way to reach new customers. Most of our customers have found us through Google searches, which shows that our efforts to develop the website and SEO were successful.

Approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The project´s focus has been to understand how our target group is reached and we put a lot of time and resources into testing different marketing channels. We now have a working concept that we build on. Our existing customers are satisfied and the number of customers is steadily increasing. The project as a whole has gone well. We are hopeful for the future and continue to offer a more sustainable way of consuming children´s clothing.
