Purpose and goal
Founders Loft, will be the obvious incubator for digital service companies in the Gothenburg region. The incubator must be run at a high professional level and with an entrepreneurial culture, to give the incubator companies the opportunity to develop into profitability and growth. Our contribution to the development of individuals and new companies is also a contribution to Sweden´s development and growth. FL should attract sustainability-driven start-ups and support them to grow at an international level market while contributing to the realization of the goals in Agenda 2030.
Expected effects and result
The companies will, within the framework of Founders Loft´s incubator process, be evaluated, modeled and verified against customers and create growth where sustainability is entirely business-driven. Through this, we create more companies where sustainability is an overall strategy.
Planned approach and implementation
The essence of the business is to offer customized and comprehensive support for business development through our incubator process that includes steps such as Problem Solution Fit, Product Market Fit and Scale. The various elements focus on business modeling, organizational building, skills development, and financing of the incubator´s companies. Each program is tailored to the needs of the company and the contractor. Together with our partners and business developers, we create a platform for skills development and shortcuts for growth.
