Important results from the project

Our aim is to become international to promote innovation, transparency and growth in sustainable logistics throughout Europe. We will focus on improving the eco and predictive algorithms to increase accuracy, transparency and flexibility, to integrate data from a growing network of logistic operators, who are demanding an accurate and easy-to-use tool. Through our network, followed by viral uptake of our solution, we are confident that we can achieve an EU market share of 0.5% by 2023, making 4 million shipments, generating an EBITDA of € 25 million.

The feasibility study has resulted in an implementation plan for internationalization, phase 2. We have developed a business plan to reach customers, partners and investors and will seek funding from the EU´s Horizon Europe program. We have been given the conditions to develop our platform to meet our goals: -Machine learning for optimizing your own echo algorithm -Development of own software -Predictive algorithm optimization will be implemented - UI optimization and translation With this, Fractus will reach a strategically strong position in Europe

Approach and implementation

The preliminary study was conducted in collaboration with management and staff in a process moderated by business development consultants, partly in workshops and partly at a distance, which has resulted in the attached business plan. Our network of stakeholders has been activated and engaged in the process of developing market analysis and performance requirements for the target markets. The methodology for the feasibility study has followed the design of Horizon 2020 SME Instrument Phase 2, which has provided valuable input and synergy for future applications
