Important results from the project
During the project, we have validated our business model and have been able to do a timeline for when different revenue streams can be launched. Following the project´s implementation, we have been able to start sell based on the model we developed during the project´s AP 2 to reach our first revenues shortly after the end of the project.
Expected long term effects
Our expected result was to have a business model ready for sale. Today, we not only have it, but our customer survey also helped to set up a network of contacts to potential customers who are very interested in our product.
Approach and implementation
AP 1: We interviewed a number of actors in tourism according to an interview model developed for the project. AP 2: Based on AP1 results, we developed and packaged our "Plus Services" to make them ready for sale.
