Important results from the project
The purpose is to create new services for Graniten building on a new or improved business model. Information is increasingly important on all levels and the new services will be based on a structured way of collecting information, ability to extract value out of said information, and devlop this into customer services.
Expected long term effects
The business model will be improved and altered via new services that can be offered to our customer base. The services are based on data that can be extracted and presented in an attractive and reliable way.
Approach and implementation
Examine possibilities in litterature studies, brainstorming sessions, interviews etc. Formulate a number of hypotheses. Test hypotheses in explicit sales efforts.
