Important results from the project
The project aims to design and implement (a demonstrator for) an e-services that support sustainable travel. The intention is to illustrate the components of the service which support the individuals to solve their transportation needs in a way that is accountable both from an economic, environmental and social perspective. An important aspect of the system is to utilize social networks to increase the users confidence, security and utilization of the system, but also aspects such as situation and spatial-, temporal-, social- proximity is of major importance.
