Important results from the project
The purpose of the project was to develop an IP-strategy for Red Flash.
Expected long term effects
A consultant has been engaged who, in collaboration with Red Flash, has worked on developing an IP Strategy for the company. The result of the investigation is that RFM does not infringe any existing patents on the market in which RFM operates. Based on an extensive survey of the market, Gotapatent has developed recommendations for the protection of the company´s IP rights.
Approach and implementation
The work has been carried out by an external consultant in collaboration with Red Flash staff. A number of interviews and workshops have been conducted.
