Important results from the project

The main goal of the trip has been to conduct a market analysis and follow the development of technology at the world´s largest automation fair. We have found that competitors have not made any innovative development. At the same time, we will demonstrate our prototype in front of different target groups and establish relationships with possible partners. We have been able to do this thanks to the good location of our stand. We also expected to be able to learn from other Startups and this has been a really good experience and we have been able to establish relationships with some of them.

Expected long term effects

We have: - established relationships with potential customers, partners, and other startups, - verified the market analysis that we have previously done and followed our competitors, - Learned about the opportunities to participate in a fair and bring experience to the future with us. Right now we have an interesting list of users who want to start working with us during the development of our product and who will be our first customers.

Approach and implementation

Throughout the week at the fair we have: - Demonstrate our prototype in the Automation Region stand and meet potential customers. - followed our competitors and analyzed their products and latest developments. - establish relationships and establish contacts with potential partners. - pitches and demonstrates on various occasions that Ignite and Swedish Co-lab have arranged. - visit Volkswagen´s innovation lab and pitch about our product.
