Important results from the project

This project focuses on simplifying and facilitating contacts between restaurants and similar businesses on one hand and local and central government administration on the other. This is a group of businesses that need several grants and permits. Thus they need to manage several simultaneous case handling processes in relation with public agencies and particularly local governments. In this project we will address the different needs of different restaurant businesses and design processes, prototypes and interfaces that ease the administrative burden of these businesses.
