Important results from the project

The goal was to make the concept less dependent on us entrepreneurs by developing and implementing an internal structure that holds for upscaling but also creates an efficient external communication. By having an ongoing collaboration project, we were able to measure the results of the work we made. We could use insights to develop eg agreements, digital platform, clearer marketing and document for upscaling

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** By understanding the market better, two different business ideas have taken off, a social innovation led by Schvung and the newly started Seniorvän AB, which provides RUT-eligible care services. We have made measurements and 94% of the the elderly feel less alone when they use our service and 81% of job seekers go on to employment. A results that has major effects on the economy. We have had a senior advisor with extensive experience in the elderly. Together with a steering group of representatives from the respective administrations and the Employment Service, we have both solved challenges and developed new objective. In order to develop various agreements we have hired consultants who are experts in each area. We have been able to implement, test and evaluate the digital tool we found
